More about the event
It takes a little over an hour, up to about an hour and a half, to do 108 sun salutations, which offers a chance to release emotional blocks, surrender to the flow and find deep inner calm.

Above all, listen to your body, adapt to your own needs and don't hesitate to rest if you need to. Whether you complete 8, 18 or 49 sun salutations, it's the intention that matters most.
You can break the practice into several rounds and rest in between. Do what feels best for you!
