Laufey Steindórsdóttir, nurse and yoga teacher, has led events and courses since 2017. She has a rich background in yoga, including Yoga Nidra and yoga therapy with Kamini Desai, Yoga Teacher Training at Jógasetrið, and other studies in Iceland and Sweden.
