Tuesdays 26 May – 16 June, 7:00 – 8:30 pm
Registration for the next Nidra course at Jógasetrið is open
A nourishing Yoga Nidra course focusing on self-compassion, mindfulness, stress release and deep relaxation. Practical tools from the ACT approach (acceptance and commitment therapy) and mindfulness (being fully present) are woven into the classes.
The course includes a card for all drop-in classes at Jógasetrið during the course.
The course suits beginners as well as more experienced practitioners. No previous yoga experience is needed, and the course is not religious in nature.
The course can benefit those who:
- Feel stress, pressure, sleep troubles or fatigue and want to renew their energy, sleep better, and build resilience in daily life.
- Want to calm the nervous system in an effective way.
What you receive:
- Four 90-minute course evenings with Inga Rún.
- Space to nurture inner balance and renew your energy.
- Simple, practical tools to calm the nervous system, "drop anchor" and practice mindfulness.
- Yoga Nidra recordings to keep and use as you like, also after the course ends, ready to download as soon as you have paid.
- A nourishing cup of tea at the start of each class.
- An open card at Jógasetrið during the course.
I'm so looking forward to sharing nourishing moments at Jógasetrið soon.
