Taking part in Gurudass's kids yoga course was a unique experience. It was a hands-on course where Gurudass shared countless activities from her experience and treasure chest of ideas. I'm a primary school teacher and could straight away use lots of her games and exercises in my everyday teaching. Just as much, I was inspired to approach my students in a fresh way. I wholeheartedly recommend this course, it was both useful and deeply refreshing ❤️
