Intuition with Auður Bjarna and Hrund Gunnsteins – FULLY BOOKED

Sunday 11 January, 5:30 – 7:30 pm

Talk – Movement – Body Scan / Relaxation

A nourishing gathering with Hrund Gunnsteinsdóttir and Auður Bjarna where we explore our amazing intuition in many ways. Intuition in the heart, the sixth sense, "in the gut", and not least in the body.

We talk about InnSæi (intuition). Then Auður leads a gentle yoga flow.
Hrund then guides a "body scan", which is both relaxing and reveals how intuition speaks to us through the body, what it is, where it comes from, how it develops and why it matters so much today.

Hrund is an author, speaker and certified leadership coach who works with leaders and entrepreneurs around the world to strengthen their ability to lead in times of uncertainty and transformation. Her work on intuition and leadership has been featured by CNN, TIME, On Point NPR, National Geographic Magazine, TED Radio and podcasts such as The Evolving Leader and What's Next with Philip Meissner.

Hrund is the author of InnSæi: heal, revive and reset with the Icelandic art of intuition, published in English by Bonnier Books UK in 2024 and HarperOne in 2025, and in at least 13 other languages around the world, including Arabic, Spanish and Polish. She wrote and co-directed the documentary InnSæi – the Power of Intuition, and designed and led the Prisma diploma program (Iceland University of the Arts, Bifröst and RA), where she first began working seriously with intuition and developing the concept of InnSæi. The Prisma program was recognized by the Nordic Council of Ministers for "best meeting the demands of the 21st century workplace".

Hrund offers participants special terms for the InnSæi Signature Course, starting 14 January.

"The InnSæi Signature Course has helped me use my intuition even better, in a structured way, in the demanding, ever-changing and fast-paced environment I work in every day. It makes decisions easier, I'm calmer and my vision is clearer."
Brynja Dröfn Jónsdóttir, nurse and assistant unit manager at the emergency department.

"Hrund's leadership coaching has had a profound effect. She helped me recognize patterns, discover things I didn't know about myself, and grow my confidence in my intuition and trust in my own judgement."

Hayley Davidson, Executive Director of Crisis Action, UK

"The InnSæi course has given me tools to build a strong compass that helps me see and feel more clearly in these times of great chaos and uncertainty. A strong compass doesn't build itself, so it's essential to train and know your intuition to build one."
