Rooted in the ancient wisdom of the Yoginis and Tantric Goddesses of India, this workshop reframes this life transition as a sacred rite of passage, one that awakens fierceness, clarity, embodied truth and deep wisdom. In traditions where specific goddesses preside over peri-menopause and menopause, this phase of life is honored as the moment a woman steps fully into her power, no longer shaped by expectation, approval or self-erasure.<\/p>\n
Rather than a story of loss, of youth, beauty or value, this workshop offers a reclamation. A remembering. Through Yogini-inspired yoga, sacred mantra, goddess mythology and storytelling, ceremonial practices, restorative rest and earth-based wisdom, including herbs and essential oils, you will be guided to honor your body and listen to your inner knowing with reverence and confidence.
