Couples course \"Yes, darling\"<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

About every 4-6 weeks we offer a couples course, where your partner, or whoever will support you in birth, comes along. We explore breathing and many ways to prepare for birth, massage and lots of good advice. Research shows that good support from a partner during birth has a positive effect on how the woman feels and means fewer interventions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The courses are led by Au\u00f0ur Bjarnad\u00f3ttir, Soff\u00eda B\u00e6ringsd\u00f3ttir, doula, and Elva Rut, midwife at Bj\u00f6rkin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
